THE START OF MY NEW LIFE - Project Clean up Myself

Its been the longest time since i am myself...i think i had enough of it... alot of time have been wasted..alot of chances have been wasted.... i've been lazy for 2 years... my tummy is getting bigger and bigger...my pimple scar on my face is more and more... everyone who didn't see me for a long time will ask "what happened to u??are u Darren??"




SO WAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO YOU DARREN LEE??

I've made myself clear this time.....there is only one thing i should focus on which is my career. Im glad that i have a great job although its a very busy and tiring one. I''ve learned alot of things and there are still more and more to come....but i never satisfy with it.I want more...i want a more discipline life,a more healthy one....it will be a boost if there is a good relationship... So i've come out with this plan.....

PROJECT CLEAN UP MYSELF

-to loose FAT
-to build up my stamina and body shape
-to gain 6 pack
-to get a scar free face
-to really use up my time
-to be able to Date u out
-to BLOG again...

My 1st execution is to start jogging ... to burn all my "fats" ,then comes swimming or weightlifting, push up and others...
As for my face...i need to consult more ppl...
Let me target 4 months time to gain this bodyshape like this..
and be back myself....
